Welcome.

Documentary series and portraits of people and places is what I do. Most series are about relationships between people and their (built) environment. The architecture photos are portraits of buildings, based on my own architecture experience of a place.

In 2026 I will finish the big series 'Rotterdam - images of modernisation' - the preliminary version is on this site - with photos and short texts of a dozen places that tell stories about the city's drive to modernise, and the ongoing large scale gentrification.

Also in 2026 the collection of 6 series with cultural landscapes of Spanish regions in so-called 'empty' Spain will be completed. Three series are on the website, another three (comarca La Siberia Extremeña, Provincia Zamora and comarca Alt Urgell) will be delivered first half of 2026.
